At HAPNOUT, we strive to provide a seamless reservation experience for our users. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our refund policy for table reservations:


1. Booking Rejected by Venue

If a reservation is rejected by the venue, the full booking amount will be refunded automatically to the user’s original method of payment.

2. User-Initiated Cancellations

If a user cancels the booking at least 3 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be issued. If a user cancels within 3 hours of the scheduled time, the booking amount will not be refunded.

3. No-Show Policy

If the user does not arrive at the venue at the scheduled time and does not cancel in advance, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be processed.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds, once approved, will be initiated within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original source of payment.

5. Disputes and Support

For any queries or concerns related to cancellations or refunds, users can contact our support team via the app or email. All disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
